About Creech's Florist

Prior to opening her first florist shop in 1954, Aline Creech made arrangements for friends from her car trunk. This soon became an almost impossible task because she was working full time at the "Cigar Factory" and almost full time making arrangements for her fellow employees.

At some point in 1954 the opportunity to rent a small building presented itself. This was the beginning of Creech's Florist.

Some years after Mrs. Creech bought the property on which the small building sat as well as the building in which the florist is now located. The building was formerly a motorcycle shop.

In 1972 Mrs. Creech's daughter Nella Peele came on aboard. Nella and Bob Peele now run Creech's.

Nella and Bob's children are all involved with the florist. Their son Bo being the most involved. DeeDee and Patty, their daughters, come in on special occasions. All three children are elementary school teachers. Bob is a retired High School football coach.

Our shop serves the following areas:Charleston, Charleston AFB, Charleston Heights, Charleston Naval Base, Citadel, College of Charleston, Folly Beach, Goose Creek, Hanahan, James Island, Johns Island, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, and Summerville.

Our shop is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
